We want you to feel confident shopping with PHNX Cosmetics. If you're not satisfied with an unopened, unused product, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange.

RETURN WINDOW: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, sale items, or gift cards.

To start a return, contact us at sales@phnxcosmetics.com. Once your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at 3088 Bloor St W. Toronto ON M8X1C8. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@phnxcosmetics.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
