Refund policy

We take pride in offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you purchased online and received from PHNX Cosmetics do not meet this expectation, simply return your unused product and we will be happy to provide store credit or exchange it for a product of the same value.

Due to the nature of our business, we have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided with store credit or direct exchange for a product of the same value.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@phnxcosmetics.com. If your return is accepted, you must ship it back to our flagship store at 3088 Bloor St W. Toronto ON M8X1C8. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on opened items, sale items, or gift cards.

Please Note Only products purchased online from PHNX Cosmetics and in-store may be exchanged for store credit. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns.
